Winter 2026 Aspire Dates:  Sundays, Jan. 11 - March  (8 weeks, no classes Feb. 1st)

Winter 2026 Aspire Times:  10:00-11:30 AM

What is Aspire?

The U.S. Figure Skating Aspire program is the bridge between Learn to Skate USA® group classes and U.S. Figure Skating membership. Aspire offers skaters an affordable, comprehensive package program in a safe and supportive group training environment. Skaters will learn proper skill development and training techniques while sampling different skating opportunities and fine-tuning their fundamental skating skills.

 

Who should enroll in Aspire? Aspire is designed for skaters Basic 3 and higher, who are interested in pursuing the sport of Figure Skating but are not ready to join a competitive skating club.

 

The Lakeville Aspire program includes:

  • Annual US Figure Skating Aspire Membership ($50)
  • 20 min off-ice warm-up and stretching
  • Parent education sessions about the sport of figure skating
  • 30 min on-ice group lesson
  • 15 min on-ice specialty lesson (skating skills, artistry in motion, etc.)
  • 15 min on-ice practice time

 

Aspire skaters will also have the opportunity to participate in:

  • Lakeville Skating Academy Exhibitions & Performances
  • Annual Ice Show
  • Basic Skills Competitions
